In 2023, US team members launched our DE&I working group to promote diversity and inclusion in our workforce. 2023 DE&I ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- Through SEIA’s program, we obtained the ‘DEI&J Silver Certification’ for our US businesses.
- Partnered with Encirlce, an LGBTQ+ non-profit, to host a humility training for all Enstall associates
- Encouraged the option for pronouns in email signatures and company profiles.
- Launched a nationwide DE&I calendar, ensuring regular updates on upcoming initiatives.
- Established a DE&I Book and Media Club to foster learning and open discussions.
- Currently developing a DE&I learning initiative with Paradigm, set to be implemented in 2024.
- Attended the Women in Energy Congress; Founder Vera Vos (far right in photo above) spoke on women’s role in the energy transition.
