Esdec Solar Group expands into Southern Europe with the acquisition of Sunfer Energy
16 January 2023, Deventer – Esdec Solar Group B.V. (Esdec), a leading global player in rooftop solar mounting systems, today announced the acquisition of Sunfer Energy (Sunfer). Sunfer is dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of residential rooftop solar mounting systems.
Founded in 1999, Sunfer has the support of a loyal installer base, a trusted distribution network, and an experienced and committed team of more than 1 0 0 professionals. The company is based in Valencia, Spain, and sells its systems worldwide in over 30 countries. The acquisition of Sunfer contributes to Esdec Solar Group’s further growth and footprint expansion plans.
